LEGENDE
FABRICATION
Legende is made from pure Quebec maple syrup and prepared according to our unique manufacturing process. The fermentation process lasts a few months. It allows us to obtain the texture, color and finesse of this unique product.
VISUAL
A sparkling golden and amber colour with a pleasant burnt red sheen.
TASTE
On the nose, the first notes are those of maple sap, maple syrup and then it becomes more complex with hints of cigar, tobacco and black liquorice. One perceives in finale peppery notes that remind us of the Jamaican pepper. On the palate, it is an explosion of flavors, starting with the alcohol which is perfectly attenuated by a beautiful acidity that makes you salivate. Then, it is the aromatic festival where all the notes perceived on the nose are expressed in harmony.
AFTER OPENING
After opening the bottle, the period of conservation of Legende varies according to the conditions of conservation. It will extend from several weeks to several months.
CELLARING POTENTIAL
Legende can be kept for many years and will continue to evolve.
ORIGINES
FABRICATION
Origines is made from pure Quebec maple syrup and prepared according to our unique manufacturing process. It is then transferred to Calvados barrels to bring out its complex aromas.
VISUAL
A brilliant golden colour with a pleasant pale gold sheen.
TASTE
On the nose, the first notes are woody. On the palate, a touch of oak, with a hint of vanilla and a subtle finish of maple.

After opening the bottle, the period of conservation of Origines varies according to the conditions of conservation. It will extend from several weeks to several months.
